A medical diagnosis is all too common for children in Wyoming, and there is nothing that can prepare a family for life after that diagnosis. The Olivia Caldwell Foundation recognized how incredibly difficult this reality is for families and came up with a solution that can help make things a little bit easier for them (and for the resources already in place to help them)!
WE WANT TO HELP CONNECT FAMILIES TO YOUR PROGRAM
As an existing resource already in place to help these families, our intention is to understand your program so well that we can help connect you with more families who are in need of your important services! We are also available to answer any questions you have on behalf of your patients so you can help them throughout their medical journey. There is NO REFERRAL NECESSARY for us to help you best serve the family's in your care! We are happy to answer your questions without ever talking to the family.

WE SEEK TO HAVE A WIDE RANGE OF RESOURCES THROUGHOUT THE STATE
It is our goal to work with a variety of Community Resource Partners, including resources that assist with travel expenses, childcare, school accommodations, medical support, food assistance, counseling, and anything else a family needs throughout their child's illness. Our philosophy is to provide WHOLE FAMILY CARE because the diagnosis is difficult for every person in the family! |
