Direct Family Financial Support

The Olivia Caldwell Foundation offers some limited direct financial assistance to families when a need arises that cannot be met by any of our resource partners. This supplemental funding is limited in scope but has been used to aid in the purchase of specialized medical equipment not covered by insurance, vehicle repairs, small household bills, etc.

Your Dollar's At Work ~ Waylon's Story

"I had heard about the Olivia Caldwell Foundation on the radio and Facebook for their events, but it wasn't until I was talking to my son's pediatrician about resources for him that she suggested I reach out to them.

My son was born prematurely and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Eileen was so easy to work with and so graciously ordered him the Firefly Chair. Since we received it my son has gained a sense of independence as he is unable to sit independently at this time.

As you can see by the smile on his face he enjoys having that freedom! We are able to utilize the chair during his therapy sessions to help strengthen his trunk and neck muscles so he can learn to sit by himself.
