The Olivia Caldwell Foundation is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Care Solace, a social purpose organization focused on removing barriers in accessing mental health care. As a critical community partner, we are excited to be able to add this to our list of tools to best support the children and families we serve throughout the state of Wyoming.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO REFERRED FOR CARE SOLACE?
As one of our Community Partners you are welcome to refer any child or parent into the Care Solace system for services through the Olivia Caldwell Foundation! Care Solace can support individuals and families who might need any of the following services:

- Individual Counseling
- Couples or Family Counseling
- EMDR
- Play Therapy
- Substance Abuse Treatment
- Residential Treatment
- & More
WHAT IS THE BENEFIT TO REFERRING TO CARE SOLACE VIA OCF?
When a family is entered into the Olivia Caldwell Foundation's Care Solace dashboard via a Warm Handoff they are given access to:
When a family is entered into the Olivia Caldwell Foundation's Care Solace dashboard via a Warm Handoff they are given access to:
- A free Care Companion who will navigate the family's need for therapy, insurance status, and whether they prefer to see a provider in person or via telehealth
- There are more than 425,000 thoroughly vetted providers in Care Solace with many licensed to be able to practice in Wyoming either in person or via telehealth
- The Care Companion will seek out providers using the family's unique requirements and present at least 2 options, they will also offer to assist in scheduling the appointment
- The Care Companion will follow up with the family 24 hours after the first meeting to see if the provider was a good fit. If not, the process will start over and can be repeated as many times as needed until a good match is found
- The average wait time for the first appointment is only 1-2 weeks!
