Whole Family Support Program
SUPPORTING THE ENTIRE FAMILY THROUGHOUT A CHILD'S MEDICAL AND/OR MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGE
When a child is diagnosed with a chronic or complex medical illness it is overwhelming and terrifying for the child and their entire family. The Olivia Caldwell Foundation offers a Whole Family Support Program, which is meant to help ease some of this burden by providing resource navigation - helping families get the care and support they need from diagnosis onward.
Our goal is to support the child (and their entire family) by building a network of support with our resource partners across the state to meet as many of the family's needs as possible. We simplify the referral process to appropriate resources, enabling families to focus their time and attention on what matters most. We offer this resource navigation at NO COST to all of our families and resource partners.
In addition, the Olivia Caldwell Foundation does have some direct, supplemental funds available to aid families when needs arise that cannot be met by our resource partners. Learn more about each piece of our Whole Family Support Program by clicking on each section below:
