Mental Health Support Groups
Beginning in April 2022 we started offering FREE support groups for parents and caregivers of children with a mental health concern. In our effort to maintain the confidentiality of these support groups, please fill out the form below to sign up to participate. Once you fill out the form you will be emailed a consent form that MUST BE SIGNED and emailed back to us before we will send you the information about the location of the group.

There is a daytime and evening group meeting each month to better fit schedules. The evening groups are held IN PERSON only, while the morning groups are held ON ZOOM only. After you register you will receive the locations and zoom links for each meeting, and we'll ask for an RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
MEET THE SUPPORT GROUP FACILITATOR -
DR. AMANDA DEDIEGO, PPC, NCC, BC-TMH Dr. Amanda DeDiego, PPC, NCC, BC-TMH holds a MS degree in Community Counseling from the University of North Georgia, and a PhD in Counselor Education from the University of Tennessee. She has been a professional counselor for nearly 10 years. She believes in the value of the therapeutic relationship. Her background includes work with clients across the lifespan in the community, with work supporting individuals with a variety of diagnoses. She has specialized training in trauma support using EMDR therapy and is a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider. She also earned a graduate certificate in Grief, Loss, and Trauma from the University of Tennessee. |
