Patient Advocacy Program
CONNECTING FAMILIES WITH THE HELP THEY NEED THROUGHOUT THEIR CHILD'S ILLNESS
Have you or one of your loved ones experienced the heartbreak and anxiety that comes with a medical complication for one of your children? Our Patient Advocate is here to help you!
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE SUPPORT?
The Patient Advocacy Program is a FREE PROGRAM available for all Wyoming families regardless of income level or type of diagnosis. Our goal is to work with you, understand your unique situation, and help connect you with the resources available to help you and your family during this difficult time!
WHAT KIND OF RESOURCES CAN YOU CONNECT ME WITH?
Our goal with the Patient Advocacy Program is to be far-reaching and to provide support across all levels of life during this difficult time! We can provide support and connections to resources that assist with travel expenses, childcare, school accommodations, medical support, food assistance, adaptive medical equipment, counseling, and anything else you might need throughout your child's illness.
